Seeking a new tenant from 3 August for flatshared room

I am looking for a new tenant to take over my 9.56 m² fully furnished room at Village M in Berlin-Charlottenburg as soon as possible, as I have found another flat at short notice and would therefore like to terminate my tenancy agreement early.

The entire tenancy process is handled directly and straightforwardly by Village M. Viewings can be arranged online or in person. However, it is also possible to rent the room without a viewing – once the documents have been checked, Village M will draw up the tenancy agreement directly with the new tenant.

The 9.56 m² room is situated in a modern co-living complex run by Village M in Berlin-Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. The accommodation is fully furnished – simply bring your suitcase and move in.

Requirements

The landlord only accepts applicants:

aged between 18 and 40

with valid ID

and proof of income or an employment contract

Alternatively (without proof of income):

Certificate of enrolment

A guarantor, including ID and an employment contract
