Zimmer in entspannter 2er-WG in München-Berg am Laim, Nähe Werksviertel/Ostbahnhof / looking for a roommate, lots of privacy

I’m looking for a friendly and easy-going flatmate to share my apartment in Munich.

One of the big advantages of the flatshare is that you’ll have plenty of space and privacy. I work at a university and commute regularly to Vienna, so I’m usually only in Munich from Sunday to Wednesday. From Wednesday to Sunday, you’ll often have the apartment largely to yourself – ideal if you enjoy the benefits of a shared home while also appreciating your independence. The apartment is in a residential neighbourhood with excellent transport connections. The Ampfingstraße stop is practically on the doorstep, and Leuchtenbergring S-Bahn station is just a few minutes away on foot, making it easy to get around Munich and into the city centre.

Everything you need for everyday life is close by: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and the Werksviertel are all within easy reach.

I also have a very friendly Doodle who occasionally stays at the apartment. She’s calm, affectionate, easy-going and doesn’t shed, so being comfortable around dogs would be a plus.

The room is partly furnished (bed/PAX), and is for one person. I’m flexible when it comes to the rental period: both longer-term stays and temporary rentals from two or three months onwards are welcome.

For me, a good flatshare is about finding the right balance between privacy and a friendly atmosphere. I value a respectful, uncomplicated and considerate way of living together. There’s absolutely no expectation to spend all our time together, but it would be nice to occasionally cook together, have a glass of wine or beer in the evening, or simply enjoy a good conversation when we’re both around.
