Room

The vacant room is unfurnished and 20 m2 in size and has two large windows with shutters and a balcony door. Thanks to the many windows and the east-south orientation, the room gets a lot of light even in winter. Nevertheless, it doesn't get too hot in summer thanks to the thick walls. The room is very spacious and is already furnished.

The rest of the shared flat is also large. After the front door, you enter the hallway with checkroom, from where every room can be reached. To the right is the bathroom with washing machine and bathtub with integrated shower, as well as the separated toilet. The kitchen is equiped with a full-size ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge (as well as a second fridge if required for parties etc.) and a separate pantry with a recycling station. Everyone has their own compartment in the fridge and pantry. You can access the large balcony with flower boxes for plants, herbs, tomatoes etc., a dining table with garden chairs and a pallet couch for working/studying outside via the kitchen or your future room. It is possible to store bicycles with a bicycle lock or similar in the cellar.

Location

The apartment itself is near the bus line 1/2 at the AOK (only 1 minute away) and you can be down at the ZOB within a few minutes. If you prefer to walk, it's about 15 minutes to the ZOB. You can reach the university even faster on foot (approx. 10 minutes). Near the apartment you can find a bakery and the DEZ, with Edeka, organic market, Rossmann, pharmacy and more, is just a few minutes' walk away. Due to the orientation of your room, it is still pleasantly quiet there.
